1. Credit card cb

The simplest and fastest way. By choosing payment by credit card, you pay for your order directly online by entering the 16 numbers of your card and the expiry date. You are also asked to enter the security code (on the back of the card).

 

2. Banker's check

You can opt to pay by check. Your order will be sent upon reception of your check, which will be cashed upon delivery. Please make your payment out to:

When you pay online by credit card, the Boutique du Vieux Moulin de Mouriès guarantees that the payment is securized. Once you have filled in the order form, you are transferred to a securized server; enter the 16 numbers of your card as well as the expiry date. The transaction is encrypted and protected. ARTICLE 1: SCOPE

These general sales conditions apply to all sales concluded, directly or indirectly, via the Internet website moulincoop.com (www.moulincoop.com).
They constitute a distance sales contract and define the rights and obligations of the vendor, " La Boutique du Vieux Moulin " and of the customer in the context of the products listed on the website.
Every order made via the intermediary of the website moulincoop.com automatically implies complete acceptance, and without any reservation on the part of the purchaser, of these general sales conditions.

 

ARTICLE 2: PLACING THE ORDER

The offers on the website are valid so long as they are available online.

The customer follows the order process on the basis of the information that is provided to him on the website www.moulincoop.com. He undertakes to provide all details in a sincere and exact manner in accordance with the information requested (identity, address, e-mail, telephone…).
The customer then confirms his order by pressing the button "validate my order".

Orders are only deemed to have been accepted after the payment has been validated by " La Boutique du Vieux moulin ".

The customer will be sent a confirmation that the order has been received by electronic means as soon as possible.

 

ARTICLE 3: AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS

All our offers are subject to availability.

A message will indicate that a product is temporarily unavailable. In the event that a product should be unavailable after an order has been placed, the customer will be informed by e-mail within 48 hours (working days).

The customer may then request a refund or exchange the missing product.

 

ARTICLE 4: RETURN OF PRODUCTS

In accordance with Article L 121-16 of the Consumer Code and Directive 97/7 EC of 20 May 1997 on the protection of consumers in respect of distance contracts, the customer has a period of seven days from the delivery of his order to return the product to the supplier for exchange or reimbursement, without penalty, other than the cost of the return shipping costs.

Only products that have been returned that are complete, in their original packaging, intact and in a perfect state to be sold are accepted.
In this case, La Boutique du Vieux Moulin will reimburse the customer by check within 15 days.

ARTICLE 5: PRICE

The prices are shown in Euros and are those valid on the website on the day of the order.
They do not include shipping charges, billed in addition and shown before validation of the order.

The prices include the Value Added Tax applicable on the day of the order and any change in the rates will automatically be reflected in the prices of the products online on the website.

The shipping costs include a share of the packaging and transport costs calculated on a lump sum basis by weight bracket and destination.

ARTICLE 6: DELIVERY

The products are generally sent by mail, to the address given by the customer. In the event that another means of transport is chosen, for reasons specifically related to the order, the customer will be notified as soon as the order is registered by our services.

Delivery times include the time to prepare the order and for the parcels to be sent. For indicative purposes only, the average delivery time in France is 4 - 8 working days from the date the order was accepted. The vendor cannot be held liable if the shipping should take longer.

N.B.: in the case of payment by check, the order will not be processed until the check has been received. The times will accordingly be greater.

The vendor declines any responsibility for goods sent which are always at the risks and peril of the purchaser. Upon receipt of the goods, it is up to the purchaser to check that the contents of the package are in accordance with the shipping slip and, if necessary, to notify any reserves immediately in writing, confirmed by registered mail together with the acknowledgement of receipt, to the carrier who alone is responsible unless there is proof to the contrary and against whom he will exercise any recourse.
The vendor is to be notified immediately.

 

ARTICLE 7: PAYMENT

Payment is to be made after the order has been validated either by credit card or by check:

ARTICLE 9: LIABILITY

The website contains a range of details on our olive-growing region, our Mill and on the "Benefits of Olive Oil". The sole purpose is to inform the visitor to website to the best of our ability; any information of a medical nature is not in any way to be construed as a prescription for preventative or curative treatments. Only a personal physician or a health professional is in a position to correctly evaluate the state of health of a patient.
"La Boutique du Vieux Moulin" declines any responsibility for any use that may be made of all of this information.

Despite the care taken regarding the presentation of the texts regarding and the illustrations of our products, some of them may differ slightly from the reality given the technological means employed (digitalization, reproduction, etc). The customer accepts that the presentation is solely indicative and may not be considered contractual.

"La Boutique du Vieux Moulin" may not be held liable for non-performance due to force majeure, i.e. a situation beyond its control (strike, fire, storm, flooding, etc.).

 

ARTICLE 10: ATTRIBUTION OF JURISDICTION

These general conditions are subject to French Law.
Any disputes that may arise between the parties shall fall within the competence of the Tribunal de Commerce (commercial court) of Tarascon (Bouches du Rhône).
